5th Anniversary Week Itinerary ($400 per-person)

Day 1: Wednesday – March 5, 2025

Akwaaba! means, Welcome in our local Akan Twi dialect. To kickoff this occasion, we sincerely welcome visiting Brothers and guests to The Republic Bar & Grill in Osu, Ghana. The “Republic” is a well known Ghana local hangout known for its outdoor seating, music, famous drinks (ex. various assortments of Kokroko) and its food (ex., Yamrocks) and more menu items to try.

Note: Transportation included. Food and drinks are not included.

 

Day 2: Thursday – March 6, 2025

Sigma Day of Service. This day will consist of Divine 9 Soccer or Golf tournament. Part of the day will also be spent providing school supplies giveaway in Accra.

 

Day 3: Friday – March 7, 2025

Morning: Depart for Kakum National Park

Ghana’s most visited attraction Kakum National Park offers visitors spectacular scenery, fascinating wildlife experience and its best-known feature the canopy walkway suspended up to 27 meters above the forest floor from trees that are over 300 years old.

Afternoon:

First StopCoconut Grove restaurant

Spend a relaxing afternoon for lunch at Coconut Grove Restaurant.

Second Stop: Cape Coast Castle

Step into the haunting history of the transatlantic slave trade at Cape Coast Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.Guided tour of the castle, including the dungeons where enslaved individuals were kept. Visit the door of no return, a powerful symbol of the journey taken by millions. Insightful narratives that reflect the impact of slavery on Ghana and the world.

Day 4: Saturday (Optional) – March 8, 2025

Morning: Divine 9 Service (Project TBD)

Afternoon: Beach Day

Guests are invited to Labadi Beach to relax, enjoy, eat, drink, and mingle with Brothers and Guests.

Note: Guests are responsible for their transportation to the beach, meals and drinks while at the beach.

 

Day 5: Sunday – March 9, 2025
Morning: Depart for Aburi Botanical Gardens.

Aburi Gardens is located in a peaceful environment with mountainous area serving as one of the finest destinations to enjoy a cool breeze while in Ghana.

Afternoon: Visit the Eastern Region

Travel to the eastern region of Ghana to visit Suhum village to see a borehole (water well) dedicated by the Ghana Sigmas. We will break for lunch in the village.

Day 6: Monday – March 10, 2025

Morning: Depart for Boti Falls

Boti Falls is a twin waterfall located at Boti in Yilo Krobo District in the Eastern Region of Ghana. These twin falls, which come from two rivers, are referred to as female and male; according to local myth, a rainbow is formed when they merge.

Day 7: Tuesday – March 11, 2025

Morning:

Evening: Group Dinner at Cello Restaurant & Bar

Day 8: Wednesday – March 12, 2025
